Our goal with this wine was to create a dry rosé that would showcase the bright strawberry and cherry flavors of the Chambourcin grape, while retaining the tingling spice on the finish of a Malbec rosé that we fell in love with. We envisioned this as a refreshing change of pace to be served chilled and shared with both red and white wine lovers alike.
