Science gives way to art when a winemaker puts together a blend of wines that is greater than the sum of its parts. We evaluate the characteristics of the parts we have to work with and then create a blend that shows the best of our Cabernet Sauvignon, (45%), Cabernet Franc (22%), Petit Verdot (14%), and Merlot (19%). The result is a full-bodied wine, complete and complex from start to finish.
